From Albariño grapes from the Rías Baixas DO, the wine yields and ages with its fine fermentation lees to obtain a wine with the typical Albariño grape and a long-lasting structure that lasts three years or more in the bottle, where the subtle aromas and complexity stand out in the mouth.
A clean and bright wine is obtained, with a golden yellow color and greenish lights. The nose has an intense aroma, combining fruity and floral notes perfectly, highlighting apples and stone fruits (apricot, peach).
In the mouth, the typical freshness of Albariño with very tight acidity and perfectly balanced with the structure and body of the wine. salty, dry and satin.
