RECTORAL DE AMANDI
ELEGANT AND SUBTLE
It is the most consumed Galician red wine and is awarded year after year in the most important national and international competitions.
100% Mencia grapes (13% vol.) Macerated and fermented, with indigenous yeasts, in contact with the grape skin at 25ºC for 15-20 days in a stainless steel tank. Stabilized and bottled, thus obtaining a wine rich in aromas.
Cherry red color with a reddish rim and light violet hues. Good layer, bright and with abundant tears. Good intensity, with notes of ripe fruit, raspberry, blackberry and a slight sweet sensation of vanilla and menthol. With subtle hints of licorice, tobacco and roasted coffee. Very expressive and excellent integration of the barrel with the varietal aromas of Mencía. Powerful in the mouth, full-bodied and well structured. Good acidity, vanilla and menthol aftertaste, and velvety tannin that leaves a pleasant passage through the mouth.

MATILDA NIEVES
SINGULAR AND DARING
The most recent and international bet of the winery
Its label is inspired by a forest fairy, a young woman on her seesaw, surrounded by the idyllic landscapes of the Ribeira Sacra, which leaves behind a trail of flavors evoking the unmistakable nuances of Mencia. With this brand, the family saga continues, presenting a modern and current wine with the name of one of the granddaughters of the founder Manolo Arnoya.

IN THE HEARTH OF THE RIBEIRA SACRA
Located in a privileged enclave, it is part of the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin and is located in the heart of the D.O., in the Amandi region. It was built in 1910 on an old rectory from the 17th century.
This region has crossed borders for its peculiar viticulture known throughout the world as “heroic viticulture”, receiving this name for the steep slopes on which the vineyards are located, greatly hindering the harvesting of the grapes and keeping the cultivation process faithful to the tradition.
